Liked the spacious family unit with an ample kitchen, which allowed us to cook our own meals. The separate bedroom for the children provided privacy. the friendly staff provided us with all we needed, such as fresh towels, tea bags, and shampoo. We enjoyed the refreshing pool, which was perfect after a warm day exploring the area. The motel was in a good location away from major traffic.

Disliked the outdated oven and frypans in the kitchen. The noise from trucks passing by on the nearby highway was disruptive, leading to a bit of rattling.

This place is conveniently located near the expressway, making it easy to explore the area and there's a restaurant within walking distance.

This motel is conveniently located on a main road, and has a designated smoking area. Despite being close to the highway and trucks, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The attentive staff runs a restaurant with delicious meals, cooked to order. The kitchen block is well equipped for longer stays.

Additionally, there was ample space in the rooms, making it suitable for families or larger groups. Lastly, the breakfast provided was tasty and satisfying, ensuring a good start to the day.

Didn't clean the bathroom the whole 5 day stay.

Rooms are too close to the main rd so very noisy.Dirty underneath the head lamp cover. Rooms are too small. However, this means nothing. We had a very bad experience there. The wooden head lamp cover fell down from one side and nearly hit my head so we didn't put it back to avoid accident. Because of that, we have been charged extra $100 for damaging falicites when checking out and the receiption lady (owner) refused to commucate with us! This is absolutly unacceptable and she is really rude!

The rooms are spacious and have recently renovated bathrooms, complete with electric blankets for those chilly nights. I loved having a self-contained kitchen with basic cooking equipment, perfect for preparing breakfast before starting my day of exploring. The location, just behind the restaurant, was also very convenient.

I was disappointed with the poor wifi range we only had 1 bar in our rooms and it frequently dropped out... They should consider getting a wifi router.

Never travel to Stawell at Christmas, I can respect things being closed Christmas day but nothing open for food except McDonalds, pubs (no meals) and IGA on boxing day, what a disgrace. Half the shops closed at Halls Gap, tourists everywhere but everything closed in Stawell, 2 min noodles and cold cuts for dinner, never again.

The pool & the BBQ area required cleaning. Found a lot cob webs & durst, which made us NOT so comfortable using the BBQ area.
